At the end of January 2025, we are moving to a new computer system.

We are aiming to manage the changeover with as minimal disruption as possible to our usual repeat prescription service.

• If you have a repeat prescription order that might need to be placed between the 22^nd and 31st of January 2025, we would appreciate it if you could put in your request BEFORE the 22^nd of JANUARY 2025.
• In addition, in December, for some patients, we might issue an additional repeat script (post-dated to January) to make sure you are covered across the transition period.
• APPOINTMENTS: During our change to our new clinical system, there will be limited appointments available from Wednesday 22^nd January to Friday 7^th February 2025. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
